What does the Extended Warranty cover?
It provides continued repair or replacement support for defects in materials and workmanship, beyond your included 1-year standard limited warranty.
What’s not covered?
Normal wear items (like tires and brake pads), damage from accidents, misuse, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, or lack of basic maintenance.
What should I do if something goes wrong?
Contact dashmoto® Customer Care. Our technical team will assess the issue and, if needed, coordinate service through a local bike or repair shop.
Do you come to my home for repairs?
