By signing up below, I acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with participating in the dashmoto® Test Ride Event, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and accidents that may result in injury, disability, or death. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license (if required), and am physically capable of safely operating the vehicle. I agree to wear appropriate safety gear, follow all traffic laws and event guidelines, and understand that dashmoto® and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or claims arising from my participation, even if caused by negligence. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless dashmoto® from any claims or damages related to my actions during the test ride. In the event of an accident, I authorize dashmoto®. to seek emergency medical treatment at my own expense. Additionally, I grant dashmoto® permission to use photos, videos, or recordings from the event for promotional purposes. By signing up below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver, releasing dashmoto® from any related legal claims.
Safety guidelines for your ride
To make the most of your ride, be sure to follow all safety guidelines at all times. We have the right to refuse your test ride if you do not follow safety guidelines.

☑️ Ride in designated areas only. Be mindful of other riders, vehicles, and pedestrians.
☑️ Take turns slowly and do not exceed speed limits during your test ride.
